Our Business Plan is to grow our existing business to in excess of £3m of Consultancy Fees, whilst nurturing existing relationships by demonstrating commitment to our Clients, by:
- Relationships: Supporting Client requirements by engagement.
- Communication: Encouraging open and honest communication.
- Scope: Taking scope ownership, ensuring all parties are clear in what their responsibilities are.
- Delivery: Be accountable for the scope delivery, whilst always encouraging innovation, and consider the overall Client and project requirements.
- Commercial: Whilst ensuring Terms and Conditions are appropriate and risk proportional, Alpha Engineering will engage with and trust the Client to ensure that the delivery of projects is supported.
- Control: Deliver a service, whilst adhering to the controlling Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies which are implemented to ensure safety and delivery excellence.
