Commissioning Support
Commissioning is an important aspect to be considered as part of the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems for all Sectors. Achieving environmental and comfort design criteria is an important part of every HVAC project. HVAC commissioning is required following the installation stage. The comprehensive process involves static pre-commissioning, which is carried out before the work is started, performance testing, demonstration and the issuing of a detailed and informative report once finished. All commissioning work is carried out in accordance with the Building Services Research & Information Association and Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers commissioning codes, as well as the Commissioning Specialists Association guidelines and British Standards. Commissioning is the process of taking an installation from static completion to full operation, so fulfilling the design requirements for comfort and efficiency.
