Existing facility, under improvement notice, needing replacement ductwork and extract fans. Many logistic issues, location, space, limited time to instigate switch over. Scope included:-
- Laser scan / point cloud the existing area / convert into Revit.
- Deliver a mechanical and EC+I detailed design.
- Support client in the technical aspects of the supply chain.
- Undertake the manufacture design for the ductwork and control panel.
- Attend and accept all FAT tests.
- Assist in the regulator demonstration of the trail build.
- Vendor Design Approval – I.A.W Codes and Standards.
- Manufacture Design, mechanical and EC+I.
- Factory Acceptance Testing – Design Intent Verification.
